Description
FlashGel™ FLX DNA Prestain Loading Buffer is a ready to use sample buffer combined with a DNA specific dye, formulated for preparing and staining DNA samples prior to loading onto stain free FlashGel™ FLX Cassettes. Simply mix your DNA samples with the buffer, load them into the cassette, and track band migration in real time. Results are generated in under 5 minutes, enabling fast DNA analysis directly at the bench. Together, FlashGel™ FLX Cassettes and the DNA Prestain Loading Buffer provide a streamlined, flexible workflow for rapid separation and easy documentation. Compatiblity: FlashGel™ FLX Cassettes used with FlashGel™ FLX DNA Prestain Loading Buffer are fully compatible with the existing FlashGel™ System components, including FlashGel™ Dock, Camera, and Markers.
