FlashGel™ FLX RNA Prestain Loading Buffer is a 2X loading buffer containing RNA stain for use with FlashGel™ FLX Cassettes and the FlashGel™ System.

FlashGel™ FLX RNA Prestain Loading Buffer is a ready to use sample buffer combined with a RNA specific dye, formulated for preparing and staining RNA samples prior to loading onto stain free FlashGel™ FLX Cassettes. Simply mix your RNA samples with the buffer, load them into the cassette, and track band migration in real time. Results are generated in under 5 minutes, enabling fast RNA analysis directly at the bench. Together, FlashGel™ FLX Cassettes and the RNA Prestain Loading Buffer provide a streamlined, flexible workflow for rapid separation and easy documentation. FlashGel™ FLX RNA Prestain Loading Buffer supports the preparation of both native and denatured RNA samples. For denatured RNA, samples must be heat-treated to ensure effective separation. Compatiblity: FlashGel™ FLX Cassettes used with FlashGel™ FLX RNA Prestain Loading Buffer are fully compatible with the existing FlashGel™ System components, including FlashGel™ Dock, Camera, and Markers.
