Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human A431 whole cell lysates, human U251 whole cell lysates, human PC-3 whole cell lysates, human Hacat whole cell lysates, rat brain tissue lysates, rat skin tissue lysates, mouse brain tissue lysates, mouse skin tissue lysates. IHC: human stomach camcer, mouse brain, rat brain IP: A431 cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Caveolae are small domains on the inner cell membrane involved in vesicular trafficking and signal transduction. FLOT1 encodes a caveolae-associated, integral membrane protein. The function of flotillin 1 has not been determined.
