Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human hepatocellular carcinoma tumor tissue, human HepG2 whole cell, human HUH7 whole cell, rat liver tissue, mouse liver tissue. Flavin-containing monooxygenases are NADPH-dependent flavoenzymes that catalyzes the oxidation of soft nucleophilic heteroatom centers in drugs, pesticides, and xenobiotics.
