  • Ideal for obtaining low–light images such as ethidium-bromide–stained DNA gels with as little as 0.1ng per band
  • Capture, manipulate and save images in any of nine file formats, including TIFF, BMP and JPEG
  • Light-tight enclosure features a gliding transilluminator platform and side-opening door with interlock for safe operation
  • Integral dual sidelights allow easy focusing and even illumination of opaque samples such as blots
  • Convenient front-access filter holders enable simple exchange of filters between applications
Image Acquisiton Software
  • All workstations are supplied with real time image acquisition software, live saturation, and on chip integration control
  • Image enhancement tools including background subtraction and sharpen, bright and contrast controls allow the user to invert, zoom, mirror, rotate and annotate (date, time, text, circle, arrow) images
  • Workstations are also available with TotalLab Analysis Software (FD60200) for quantitative image analysis
Dual-Light Transilluminators
  • Dual-Light workstations include FOTO/Convertible™ dual transilluminator and ethidium bromide and Coomassie™ blue interference filters
