Fluorescent FOX01/IRE Reporter Lentivirus High-quality lentiviral reporter system that provides a sensitive fluorescent readout to FOX01 activity in human/mouse cells. The transcription factor reporter is preferentially activated by FOX01(vs FOX03) and can readout transcription inhibition by FOXP1 and insulin/Akt signaling pathway activation via the IRE. The lentivirus is purified by PEG precipitation and sucrose gradient centrifugation and is ideal for use with difficult-to-transfect cells including primary and/or thawed cells.
