Invitrogen™ FOXN3 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (1H2L8)
Rabbit Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ 702764
Description
This antibody is predicted to react with Monkey, Horse, Cat Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning in the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Then, individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production. The advantages of using recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies include: better specificity and sensitivity, lot-to-lot consistency, animal origin-free formulations, and broader immunoreactivity to diverse targets due to larger rabbit immune repertoire.
FOXN3 is a member of the forkhead/winged helixtranscription factor family. Checkpoints are eukaryotic DNA damage-inducible cell cycle arrests at G1 and G2. Check point suppressor 1 suppresses multiple yeast checkpoint mutationsincluding mec1, rad9, rad53 and dun1 by activating aMEC1-independent checkpoint pathway. Alternative splicing isobserved at the locus, resulting in distinct isoforms.
