• FreeZone 4.5 Liter Benchtop Freeze Dryers are designed for lyophilizing light to moderate sample loads.
• Their compact design is ideal for labs with limited floor space.
• They feature a brushed stainless steel and glacier white, powder-coated steel exterior, hot gas defrost, a side-mounted USB port, and a rear-mounted Ethernet connection.
• The upright stainless steel collector coil holds 4.5 liters of ice before defrosting.
• A single 1/3 hp HCFC/CFC-free refrigeration system cools the collector to -50°C (-58°F), suitable for aqueous samples.
• The collector lid is 3/4 in. thick and has a neoprene gasket and a 3 in. diameter port for connecting drying accessories, which are sold separately.
• Models with PTFE-coated collectors that can withstand corrosive compounds are available.
• Lyo-Works™ OS provides a real-time display of collector temperature and vacuum level on a 5 in. full-color, capacitive touchscreen.
• Lyo-Works OS controls optional drying accessories and provides 30 programs that can hold up to 16 segments each.
