Invitrogen™ FXR Polyclonal Antibody

Description
PA1-334 detects FXR in mouse samples. PA1-334 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~55 kDa protein representing FXR in mouse liver samples. An unknown band at ~60 kDa is also observed in western blots. The PA1-334 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues R(224) K N V K Q H A D Q T V N E D(238) of mouse FXR. The PA1-334 immunizing peptide (Cat. # PEP-273) is available for use in neutralization and control experiments.
