Invitrogen™ GAP43 Polyclonal Antibody, DyLight™ 488
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ PA522897
Description
Suggested positive control: embryonic nervous tissue, brain, injured nerve.
GAP43 (Neuromodulin) is associated with nerve growth. GAP43 is expressed by developing and regenerating neurons, and to a lesser extent reactive glial cells. It is a major component of the motile growth cones that form the tips of elongating axons. GAP43 also plays a role in axonal and dendritic filopodia induction.
