  • Includes all components for casting agarose gels for the Real Time Electrophoresis System

    • One long tray
    • Two shorter trays
    • Two double-sided combs (22 on one side, 12 teeth on other side)
  • Instructions:
    • Prepare agarose and gel stain according to instructions
    • Pour molten agarose into trays with combs in place
    • One gel has solidified, move gel tray with gel into Real Time Electrophoresis Tank
