Test Specificity By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with human IgG and with light chains common to other human immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against nonimmunoglobulin serum proteins. Antiserum was cross adsorbed using a rhesus and cynomolgus monkey immunosorbent to remove cross reactive Antibodies. Less than 0.1% cross reactivity to monkey IgG was detected. This antibody may cross react with IgG from other species.
