Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

In Western blot applications, this antibody detects a band at ~50kDa. A suggested positive control is Jurkat cell lysate. PA5-19912 can be used with blocking peptide PEP-0038.

GPR15 expression has been reported in CD4(+) T lymphocytes, alveolar macrophages, and the basal surface of the small intestinal epithelium. ESTs have been isolated from normal brain and kidney cancer libraries.
