WB analysis shows GPR97 in glyco-protein enriched fractions from mock transfected, GPR88 or GPR57 overexpressed 293 cells. GPR97 exists in different glycosylated forms.

GPR97 is expressed exclusively in pre-B and pre-T cells in the thymus but not in mature lymphoid or non-lymphoid tissues. ESTs have been isolated from spleen libraries.
