Fast and easy one-step, scale-up purification of GST-tagged recombinant proteins

Glutathione Sepharose™ 4 Fast Flow is prepacked in 20mL GSTPrep columns for purification of GST-tagged proteins (as well as glutathione S-transferases and glutathione-dependent proteins). Mild elution conditions preserve protein antigenicity and function.
