Description
IMAC Sepharose™ 6 Fast Flow is prepacked in 20mL HiPrep columns for greater scale up. The medium consists of 90μm beads of highly crosslinked agarose, to which a chelating group has been covalently coupled. This group may be charged with suitable metal ions, specific for your target protein.The bead size enables high flow properties; low metal ion leakage retains activity of the purified protein.
