Purify histidine-tagged proteins directly from homogenized, unclarified cells. Cytiva HisTrap™ HP Prepacked Columns are prepacked with Ni Sepharose™ High Performance and designed for simple, high-resolution purification of histidine-tagged proteins by immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC).
