  • Provides a large 60,000-record memory, adjustable recording intervals from 1 sec. to 24 hr., and MultiLog capability for up to 500 recordings.
  • Automatic F0 and L value calculations ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • User-replaceable 3.6 V LiSoCl2 battery supports up to 5,000,000 measurements or 3 Years of standby operation.
  • Data is managed using LOG-Connect software and a USB readout unit, making it suitable for quality monitoring in production and sterilization processes.
