Description

Prepacked with Capto L. Cytiva HiTrap Protein L, 5 x 5ml facilitate easy protein purification. They are prefilled with Capto L, a BioProcess chromatography medium that combines a rigid, high-flow agarose matrix with the immunoglobulin-binding recombinant protein, L ligand.

HiTrap Protein L columns are 1ml and 5ml columns prepacked with Capto L, an affinity chromatography medium (resin) for capture of antibodies and antibody fragments such as Fab fragments, scFv, and Dabs.
