Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

This antibody reacts with extracellular polymorphic determinant on human HLA-DQ1 and HLA-DQ3 molecules (recognized epitope was found on isolated beta chain of DQ1), but does not react with HLA-DQ2. DQ is the isotype of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages). Western Blot: non-reducing conditions.

Reacts with polymorphic determinant on human HLA-DQ1 and HLA-DQ3 molecules (recognized epitope was found on isolated b chain of DQ1), but does not react with HLA-DQ2. HLA and MHC antibodies play a significant role in Immunopeptidomics, facilitating the identification and characterization of neoantigens through high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem Mass Spectrometry.
