Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol. Western blot detects a band of approximately 53 kDa (hnRNP F), 56 kDa (hnRNP H). Predicted molecular weight: hnRNP F = 49.8 kDa, hnRNP H = 53.9kDa.
