Thermo Scientific dNTP Mix (20 mM) contains purified deoxyribonucleotide triphosphates (dNTPs) that meet high quality standards that result in excellent performance for a variety of molecular biology applications. This pre-mixed solution contains 5 mM each of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP at pH 7.5 for a total dNTP concentration of 20 mM. Such a mix makes it possible to reduce the total number of pipetting steps and the risk of reaction set-up errors.
