The amino acid sequence of mature human CD14 is approximately 67% and 64% identical to the mouse and rat proteins, respectively

The Human CD14 (NP_000582) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for CD14, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The CD14 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
