Description

This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

• The CHADL insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
• CHADL is a member of the collagenassociated small leucine-rich proteins (SLRPs). It is expressed in cartilaginous tissues.
• CHADL appears to be a potential negative modulator of chondrocyte differentiation. It also inhibits collagen fibrillogenesis in vitro.
