R&D Systems™ Human Chondroadherin (NP_001258) VersaClone cDNA is a secreted glycosaminoglycan that contains nine tandem leucine-rich repeats as well as N-terminal and C-terminal leucine-rich domains.

The Human Chondroadherin (NP_001258) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for Chondroadherin, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The Chondroadherin insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
