R&D Systems™ Human DPPIV/CD26 (CAA43118) VersaClone cDNA is an intrinsic membrane glycoprotein and a serine exopeptidase that cleaves X-proline dipeptides from the N-terminus of polypeptides.

The Human DPPIV/CD26 (CAA43118) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for DPPIV/CD26, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The DPPIV/CD26 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
