Test Specificity Detects human Enteropeptidase/Enterokinase in direct ELISAs and Western blots. It recognizes all EK forms containing the heavy chain including the single chain precursor and the mature heterodimer consisting of a heavy and light chain. In Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Factor X and rhThrombin is observed.
Reconstitution Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
