Provides solid support for cell attachment of adherent cell lines using serum-derived and filtered human fibronectin

Fibronectin is an extracellular matrix (ECM) component and is one of the primary cell adhesion molecules. The occurrence of different isoforms is due to alternative mRNA splicing of the ED-A, ED-B and III-CS regions, and subsequent post-translational modification. Although non-reactive with adhesion receptors in its soluble state, fibronectin is highly adhesive when immobilized on a surface.

Clear, polystyrene tissue culture microplates with 96 wells
Coated with 0.2 micron filtered serum-derived human fibronectin (FN) and/or blocked with Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) Fraction V under aseptic conditions
Derived from human plasma nonreactive for HIV-1/2 antibodies and HbsAg at the donor level
