Description: The Human Hematopoietic Lineage eFluor™ 450 Cocktail contains eFluor™ 450-conjugated antibodies that can be used to identify, enrich and/or deplete cells committed to the T, B, NK, myeloid and erythroid lineages based on their expression of cell surface antigens. This cocktail contains the following antibodies: Anti-Human CD2 (RPA-2.10) eFluor™ 450 Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) eFluor™ 450 Anti-Human CD14 (61D3) eFluor™ 450 Anti-Human CD16 (CB16) eFluor™ 450 Anti-Human CD19 (HIB19) eFluor™ 450 Anti-Human CD56 (TULY56) eFluor™ 450 Anti-Human CD235a (HIR2) eFluor™ 450 Applications Reported: Human Hematopoietic Lineage eFluor™ 450 Cocktail has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: Human Hematopoietic Lineage eFluor™ 450 Cocktail has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 20 μL per test. A test is defined as the amount of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. eFluor™ 450 is an alternative to Pacific Blue™. eFluor™ 450 emits at 445 nm and is excited with the Violet laser (405 nm). Please make sure that your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochome.

Hematopoietic Lineage antibodies can be used to identify, enrich and/or deplete cells committed to the T, B, NK, myeloid and erythroid lineages based on their expression of cell surface antigens.
