Test Specificity Detects human LILRB5/CD85c/LIR-8 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) LIR-4/ILT6 is observed, and approximately 10% cross-reactivity with rhILT5, rhLIR-5/ILT3, rhLIR-6, and rhLILRA5 is observed, and less than 5% cross-reactivity with rhILT2, rhILT4, and rhLIR-7 is observed.
