Human Nogo Receptor/Reticulon-4 Receptor quantitates human Nogo Receptor/Reticulon-4 Receptor in serum, plasma, supernatant. The assay will exclusively recognize both natural and recombinant human Nogo Receptor/Reticulon-4 Receptor.

NOGO (RTN4R) is a receptor for RTN4, OMG, and MAG. Its signaling mediates activation of Rho and downstream reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton. NOGO also mediates axonal growth inhibition and may play a role in regulating axonal regeneration and plasticity in the adult CNS. In addition, NOGO acts with RTN4 and LINGO1 to regulate neuronal precursor cell motility during cortical development.
