Description

This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • Also known as: PLA2R; PLA2-R; PLA2IR; CLEC13C; PLA2G1R
  • PLA2R1 is a phospholipase A2 receptor.
  • It exists as both a transmembrane form and a soluble form.
  • The transmembrane receptor may play a role in clearance of phospholipase A2, thereby inhibiting its action.
  • Alternatively spliced transcripts encoding different proteins have been described.
  • The insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
