Test Specificity Detects human Pro Coagulation Factor II/Thrombin in direct ELISAs and Western blots. It recognizes only Pro Coagulation Factor II/Thrombin, not active Thrombin. In Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Factor X, rhKallikrein 1, 3, 5, and 11 is observed.
