Description

This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • SFRP4 is a member of the secreted frizzled-related protein family that contains a cysteine-rich domain homologous to the putative Wntbinding site of Frizzled proteins.
  • SFRPs act as soluble modulators of Wnt signaling.
  • The expression of SFRP4 in ventricular myocardium correlates with apoptosis related gene expression.
  • The sFRP-4 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
