R&D Systems™ Human ST3GAL3 (NP_006270) VersaClone cDNA is a type II membrane protein that catalyzes the transfer of sialic acid from CMP-sialic acid to galactose-containing substrates.

The Human ST3GAL3 (NP_006270) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for ST3GAL3, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The ST3GAL3 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
