R&D Systems™ Human TNF-alpha (AAA61198) VersaClone cDNA is a multifunctional proinflammatory cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily.

The Human TNF-alpha (AAA61198) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for TNF-alpha, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The TNF-alpha insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
