ATCC I-13.35 (CRL-2471) is an immortalized mouse splenic macrophage cell line (C3H/HeJ) that exhibits constitutive antigen-presenting activity and CSF-1-dependent growth. The line is adherent and shows macrophage functions such as antibody-dependent phagocytosis, lysozyme secretion, and expression of Mac-1 and CSF-1 receptor mRNA.
