Invitrogen™ Mouse IgA Monoclonal Antibody (11-44-2), PE, eBioscience™

Description
Description: The 11-44-2 monoclonal antibody reacts with the alpha heavy chain of mouse IgA. It does not react with other classes of mouse immunoglobulin including IgD, IgG or IgM. IgA is expressed as a membrane-bound form as well as a soluble dimer. Fluorochrome conjugated 11-44-2 is used as a detection secondary for mouse IgA. Applications Reported: 11-44-2 has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis to detect the surface IgA on mouse B cells. Applications Tested: This 11-44-2 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis to detect a mouse IgA primary antibody and can be used at less than or equal to 0.2 μg per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. Excitation: 488-561 nm; Emission: 578 nm; Laser: Blue Laser, Green Laser, Yellow-Green Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
