Invitrogen™ IGF1R (CD221) Monoclonal Antibody (1H7)

Description
Clone 1H7 recognizes an epitope in the alpha subunits of CD221, demonstrated by Western blotting, and is reported to partically block binding of IGF-I and IGF-II to CD221. This product requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections using trypsin or pronase. A suggested positive control for immunohistochemical applications is pancreas or placenta. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. This product is a low-endotoxin, preservative-free formulation. Endotoxin level is <0.01 EU/ug.
