Designed for use in immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry protocols which require blocking of non-specific binding sites. IHC /ICC Blocking Buffer, Low Protein is recommended for tissues and antibodies with average levels of background staining.

  • Can be used both in the blocking step and as a diluent for unconjugated antibodies and organic dye-conjugated antibodies during the antibody incubation step
