Invitrogen™ IL-12 p70 Monoclonal Antibody (9A5)

Description
MM120 targets IL-12 in ELISA, and WB applications and shows reactivity with mouse samples. The MM120 immunogen is recombinant mouse IL-12. MM120 detects IL-12 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 22 kDa. The MM120 mouse IL12 antibody (clone 9A5) has successfully been paired as the coating antibody in a sandwich ELISA with detection antibody MM121B (biotinylated conjugate of clone C17-8). Typical dilutions for sandwich ELISA include 1 μg/mL for coating and 0.125 - 0.25 μg/mL for detection. Antibody MM120 (clone 9A5) and biotinylated antibody MM121B (clone C17-8) have successfully been used in combination with recombinant mouse IL12p70 protein SMIL12 in ELISA applications. This antibody is produced by injecting Rat IgG secreting hybridoma cells into the peritoneum of mice. The resulting ascites is collected from the mice and the antibody is purified. This product has been tested for endotoxins by limulus amoebocyte lysate (LAL) assay and contains an endotoxin concentration of less than or equal to 10 endotoxin units per milligram (EU/mg).
