Invitrogen™ IL-16 Monoclonal Antibody (14.1), Biotin
Description
M161B targets IL-16 in ELISA, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The M161B immunogen is recombinant human IL-16. M161B detects IL-16 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 142 kDa. The M161B IL16 antibody (biotinylated conjugate of clone 14.1) has successfully been paired as the detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA with capture antibody M160E (clone 17.1) Typical dilutions for sandwich ELISA include 1 μg/mL for coating and 0.125 - 0.25 μg/mL for detection. Biotinylated antibody M161B (clone 14.1) and antibody M160E (clone 17.1) have successfully been used in combination with recombinant IL16 protein SIL16 in ELISA applications.
