Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

In ELISAs, does not cross-react with bovine FGF acidic, recombinant human (rh) G-CSF, rhGM-CSF, rhIL-1 alpha, rhIL-1 beta, rhIL-2, rhIL-3, rhIL-4, rhIL-6, recombinant mouse IL-7, rhIL-8, porcine PDGF, rhTNF-alpha, rhTNF-beta, human TGF-beta 1, or porcine TGF-beta 1. Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS. Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 μg of the antibody by the LAL method.

Interleukin 7 (IL-7) is a hematopoietic cytokine that is constitutively produced by stromal cells from the bone marrow and thymus. IL-7 signals through the IL-7R to promote the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells to lymphoid precursor cells, which give rise to T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells.
