The Incucyte Imagelock 96-well Plate is a specially designed 96-well microtiter plate that contains fiducial marks that allow for precise image registration of the same field of view even when the plates are manually removed and replaced within the Incucyte Live-Cell Analysis System. However these markings are subtle enough to not interfere with images acquired at the cell plane. This enables accurate image analysis that is required for scratch wound cell migration and invasion assays when used with the Incucyte Live-Cell Analysis System and software.
