Suitable for use as enzyme stabilizer

Bovine Serum Albumin is suitable for use as enzyme stabilizer during purification or for dilution of restriction endonucleases and nucleic acid modifying enzymes. BSA is also commonly used in DNA and protein labeling experiments as a blocking agent to minimize background.

  • Acetylated to inactivate contaminating nucleases and proteases
