Prepared by modification of procedure of Vieira and Messing, this high-titer helper phage eliminates need to make and maintain a separate stock of helper phage. It contains Kmr gene and p15A origin of replication that allows it to replicate like plasmid inside cells. Detailed protocols for production of ssDNA are provided on product profile.
