The Ion 550 Single Chip Supplemental Kit contains pre-packaged templating supplies and sequencing reagent cartridges required for use with the single-chip Ion Chef workflow. The Ion 550 Single Chip Supplemental Kit, together with the Ion 550 Kit—Chef, enables the flexibility to prepare one loaded chip per Ion Chef run, without loss of templating reagents.
Note: This supplemental templating kit for Ion Chef is only compatible with the Ion 550 Chip and the Ion 550 Kit—Chef.
