ISF-1 Medium for Hybridoma, w: stable Glutamine, w: Insulin hum. rec., w: 2.438 g/L NaHCO3. QUANTITY: 10 x 1000 ml. MANUFACTURED BY: Pan-Biotech (Germany). STORAGE: 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. DESCRIPTION: a serum-free and defined culture medium for in vitro cultivation and expansion of hybridoma cell lines. High yield and final concentration of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) can be achieved. As this product is free of hydrolysates, and only contains traces of animal-derived components (less than 0.1% w/v) and proteins (less than 0.1% w/v), it is suitable for the production of mAb in higher scales. COMPOSITION: ISF-1 has been manufactured with stable Glutamine. It also contains a surfactant. Therefore no additional supplement for agitated suspension culture is needed.
