Invitrogen™ JunD Polyclonal Antibody

Description
PA1-834 detects JunD from mouse cells. PA1-834 has been successfully used in Western blot and ChIP procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects proteins from ~37-41 kDa representing JunD from both un-induced and induced mouse NIH 3T3 cells. The PA1-834 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues G(329) C Q L L P Q H Q V P A Y(341) of mouse JunD. This sequence is comletely conserved between mouse, human and rat. Reconstitute with PBS.
