Description

Use with Justrite Quick-Disconnect Safety Cans

  • Ideal for HPLC applications—minimize odor by capturing 99% of liquid particulates released in the form of gaseous vapor
  • Two-stage vent filter is easy to install, snapping conveniently into factory installed quick-disconnect fitting
  • Color-changing carbon cartridge (top portion) changes from purple to black as hydrocarbons are absorbed, indicating when replacement is necessary
  • Coalescing filter (bottom portion) can be reused with new carbon filters several times and replaced after 3-4 carbon filter cycles

Cannot be used with 1-gal. oval style cans. Do not transport safety can while carbon filter is attached.

† When using HPLC carbon filter with FM approved Justrite safety can: The Justrite safety disposal cans have not been FM approved or tested in assembly with HPLC filters attached. However, the can does comply with OSHA 1910 and NFPA Code 30 requirements, both with and without the HPLC filter.
